Developing an insights process

The insights derived from the data collected by medical teams should significantly influence brand strategy. Unfortunately, many medical teams accumulate substantial amounts of data without a systematic approach to derive insights.

Insight generation can be divided into two broad areas, the 'known unknown' and the 'unknown unknown'

The known unknown

The data that Medical collects enables us to formulate hypotheses to generate insights.

 

To create actionable insights, we need to test these hypotheses.

The Unknown Unknown

Medical teams gather extensive data from various interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), congress events, clinical trial activities, and more.

 

We will work with you to develop an insights process to uncover the 'unknown unknown' and generate insights
